Tim appears in courts across Sydney, appearing in defended hearings, sentence matters, bail application, ADVO proceedings, licence appeals and mental health diversion applications. He is a considered advocate, who focuses on early preparation and strategic case management.
Drawing on both his legal and professional background, Tim takes a client-focused approach and works closely with clients throughout their matters. He takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances and provides realistic, well-considered advice to support informed decision making. He is known for explaining legal concepts and court processes in a way that is accessible and easy to understand.
