With nearly 14 years of law enforcement experience in the NSW Police Force, Shane brings a dynamic and comprehensive skill set to his work in criminal defence at Kingston Fox.

As a former Police Prosecutor, Shane has honed his ability to present cases, conduct hearings, and scrutinise evidence, providing him with a unique perspective that he applies to every case he handles. His background has equipped him with the insight needed to anticipate prosecutorial strategies, making him a formidable advocate for his clients.

Shane’s extensive knowledge of criminal, procedural, and evidential law allows him to navigate complex legal frameworks and deliver precise, reliable legal advice. Awarded the NSW Bar Association Evidence and Proof Prize in 2021, Shane has a deep passion for advocacy and is known for his exceptional communication skills, giving him a commanding presence in the courtroom.
